In October 2021 the Registry of suppliers of virtual currency exchange services for fiat currency and custody of coin purses was opened. All those individuals and legal entities (subsidiaries, branches...) that offer or provide these services in Spain with or without permanent establishment [...] must be registered in this registry of the Bank of Spain.
