Rubén is a lawyer, author of several publications on the application of technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (blockchain and, in general DLT) to the legal field, particularly in the field of smart contracts, real estate tokenization and DAOs.

Interesting facts
Author of the book "An Algorithmic Introduction to Private Law", which explores the possibilities of applying the Fourth Industrial Revolution to the legal field. A theory of digital subjective law is offered, as well as on the legal nature of algorithms residing in cyberspace. The book also proposes the representation of property and other rights in rem over real estate by means of entries made in centralized or decentralized electronic registries.
